Document Requirements

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months from entry date.
• A recent colour photograph.
• A personal bank statement showing a minimum of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
• Letter of invitation to conduct work trials from a government agency or private company or institution.
• A birth certificate for a child under 18 years old.

Length of Stay

• 90 days (not extendable).

Processing Time

• EXPRESS - 3 working days (after complete documents and full payment)
• REGULAR - 10 working days (after complete documents and full payment)

The C18 Work Trial Visa is designed for individuals seeking to experience working with an Indonesian company on a trial basis, allowing both the potential employee and employer to evaluate suitability before committing to full employment and associated costs. This visa does not allow the visa holder to receive any payment from the Indonesian company.

With this visa, you CAN :

• Carry out activities related to work trials for a specified company in Indonesia.
• Carry out activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT :

• Exit and re-enter into Indonesia.
• Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
• Receive payment for work carried out.
