Document Requirements

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months from entry date.
• A recent colour photograph.
• A personal bank statement showing a minimum of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
• Letter of invitation from the person or organization responsible for the event, detailing the agenda and materials to be presented.
• A birth certificate for a child under 18 years old.

Length of Stay

• 60 days ( extendable x2 , 180 days )

Processing Time

• EXPRESS - 3 working days (after complete documents and full payment)
• REGULAR - 10 working days (after complete documents and full payment)

The C10 Visa is designed for individuals invited to Indonesia to participate in meetings, events, conventions, or exhibitions as a keynote speaker, lecturer, presenter, or public figure.

With this visa, you CAN :

• Participate in speaking engagements, lectures, presentations, or activities as a public figure (without entering an employment relationship in Indonesia).
• Engage in tourism-related activities, or visit friends and family.
• Receive compensation or wages from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

With this visa, you CAN NOT :

• Exit and re-enter Indonesia.
• Remain in Indonesia beyond the visa’s expiration date.
• Sell goods or services.
• Work in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia.
